    • I think you should start convincing yourself that you don’t like unhealthy food and also tell others that you don’t like what they are offering. If they know that you don’t like something they will stop pushing, but if they know you do then they will try to convince you to eat.

    • Lack of support can be a huge issue. It’s kind of like trying to quite smoking in a house full of smokers. They light up and automatically your body craves that bad habit.     I use both Netflix and Amazon Prime. I love streaming videos as it’s so convenient and I have a whole library to make a selection from. Both services have a lot of choice. I use Netflix more for films, and Prime for series. I take risks and try new things that I otherwise wouldn’t have paid for. I usually browse to see what catches my attention.…[Read more]
