    This definitely sounds like something I could use, I need to lose some weight, and I want to start with something that really works before it gets any worse. Thank you for sharing this.

    • Sure, it’s a fairly easy one too. The Keto is 75% fat 20% protein and 5 % carbs. Fats like mono saturated and poly saturated…avocados, hazelnuts, olive oil etc…it tricks the body into starvation mode and it will start using up all the stored fat.

        • I find if I start a diet, I obsess about what I cannot eat! So I really respect and envy people who can follow them religiously. What works for me is making lifestyle changes like eating everything in moderation, cutting back on junk, avoiding eating in between meals, portion control etc 🙂

          • You obsess over what you can’t eat because there is chemicals in those foods to draw you back. The chemicals that are put in food are so bad for you. Just take a look at aspartame.
