    I just researched these two diets for a writing project. They are so good. Paleo Diet and the Keto Diet. They are so good. The ketosis diet was designed for epileptics to stop the seizures. Today body builders and fitness gurus are using it. It will make you loose weight fast and get ripped. If you work out of course.

      • Sure, it’s a fairly easy one too. The Keto is 75% fat 20% protein and 5 % carbs. Fats like mono saturated and poly saturated…avocados, hazelnuts, olive oil etc…it tricks the body into starvation mode and it will start using up all the stored fat.

          • I find if I start a diet, I obsess about what I cannot eat! So I really respect and envy people who can follow them religiously. What works for me is making lifestyle changes like eating everything in moderation, cutting back on junk, avoiding eating in between meals, portion control etc 🙂

            • You obsess over what you can’t eat because there is chemicals in those foods to draw you back. The chemicals that are put in food are so bad for you. Just take a look at aspartame.     • The paleo diet is a fad. I was on the paleo diet for a long time, and it didn’t work for me. The recommended diet is as follows: Eat 5 times a day, small things. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, then a small dinner.

    Coconut oil is amazing on the skin, this is true. The lemons and limes are a fruit acid it’s like lightening. You just want to be cautious not to over use.     vitamin c is one of the best topical serums you can put on the face. I don’t blame you with that one. There is actually a debate about sunscreen though. I stopped using it several years ago and my skin actually started looking better.

    • I know, my Vitamin C serum is my beauty holygrail LOL But as far as sunscreen is concerned, it’s done wonders for my skin actually.       • Yeah that’s true. I forgot about natural sunscreens. I think I use to use DDF it was really good, but I don’t think they make the low chemical one anymore. Obagi C serum that is a really good one. It costs a lot. What brand sunscreen do you use?
