Challenge accepted! Its hard to say no to the things you want, especially when there right there! I really want to get my body in better shape and I’m going to give this method a try. I think this could work or at least help with bad eating habits! Just say no!

That was very funny, and also true. It is important to be able to tell oneself’s no. I often have craving for junk food, and I find it very hard to say NO to myself when it comes to that. Fun Fact: I thought this article would be about really exercising your non-existant muscles, somehow, and I clicked, because I have no muscles whatsoever, so my “no-muscle” would be the only muscle that I could actually train.

I really like this method, or at least the idea of it so far. I know that is going to be extremely hard for me to just walk away from all the stuff that I like to eat because I can feel the difficulty right now, but I am going to give it my best shot. I really want to get my body to how I want it to be, not for anybody but myself. Getting to the point that I want will most likely be healthy for my body as well as my mind.

Behold, the power of no. There is much that can be achieved by not doing things it seems. Sort of the opposite of the documentary Jim Carrey starred in, “Yes Man.”
